It looks like that but I was looking through the bottom of the fence, it's on a ground below where you are generally there to watch the other 4 practice courts but you can peak up through the fence if you are tall enough. I had to kind of wedge the windbreaker out of the way as well and I nearly had a heart attack a couple of times when a ball came flying on to my face.
