Default Brazilian Futures are getting cancelled?

What is happening to Brazilian Futures, according to Itf tennis web site they were all canceled the same day they added the tournaments to the calendar.

02 Mar / 08 Mar 09 BRAZIL F1 FUTURES - SAO PAOLO Brazil $10000

Tournament has been cancelled(13 Jan 2009)

09 Mar / 15 Mar 09 BRAZIL F2 FUTURES - SAO PAOLO Brazil $10000
Tournament has been added to calendar (13 Jan 2009)
Tournament has been cancelled(13 Jan 2009)

16 Mar / 22 Mar 09 BRAZIL F3 FUTURES - SAO PAOLO Brazil $10000
Tournament has been added to calendar (13 Jan 2009)
Tournament has been cancelled(13 Jan 2009)

23 Mar / 29 Mar 09 BRAZIL F4 FUTURES - SAO PAOLO Brazil $10000

Last year there were 35 Futures scheduled and they canceled only one (F31 - week of 12/1/08). The Futures were played on 35 consecutive weeks starting on Apr 21 and ending on Dec 29.


Are we expecting the same quantity of Brazilian tournaments this year?
