My biggest bet today is Stosur over Lisicki. I think Samantha is a bit better player (head-to-head and a bit better form), but as we have seen this morning in Chakvetadze-Dokić match and also in young Tomić's matches, players that play for Australia are a bit better on this tournament than ussual.
Stosur - Lisicki match will be played on Rod Laver Arena and I can't see Sabine beating Samantha.

Why? She actually can. Arguably Stosur is worse than Licicki from the baseline. Licicki has just got more variety in shots. Stosur is good as a counterpuncher (remember Wozniaki vs Stosur on grass last year where Sosur served good and simply collected mistakes of Wozniaki, however i guess the line was 1.2 from Wozniaki and 4 for Samantha was worth a shot). Now you've got 1.6 for Stosur.

How did she performed in the 1st round? Pale, nervous performance versus Zakopalova. And still she has an advantage by odds in encounter vs Liciski.

Liciski however showed good form in a Hopman cup and passed Wozniak very conviencly in 1st round.

Not really that easy here for Stosur.
