The poll is now closed. The decision is that in 2009:
b/ Only matches planned in OOP started the planned day or the day after will count.
I will make the rule more explicit when writing the official TT rules 2009 because there are some exceptions to this rule (eg when all matches are cancelled due to rain delay). It will be anyway the decision of the DTT Manager (with support of DTT Board) to apply this rule stricto sensu or not (depends how many matches remain in initial OOP).
