I think a 0-pointer in the optionals is awarded for 2
late withdrawals in a season. Steveg has the following list of twice-withdrawals:
Sebastien Grosjean x 2 (so three late withdrawls)
Juan Martin del Potro
This is not the same as a 0-pointer for not attending a TMS or Grand Slam event, something many players have.
