I know that i need to get my tapezius, the muscle that connects the shoulder to the neck, (btw thank you for teachin me that miss spelman) stertched out before I can really get my serve going. I serve right handed so I sorta tilt my head to the left and reach to the right with my right arm. It isn't very effective but it is the only way that I know how to extend that muscle.
