Here I will write about Pete`s success in doubles So:

Doubles titles (2):

1) ROME 1989 (partner Jim Courier). They beat Danilo Marcelino/Mauro Menezes 6:4, 6:3 in the final.

2) QUEENS CLUB 1995 (partner Todd Martin). They beat Jan Apell/Jonas Bjorkman 7:6, 6:4 in the final.

Doubles finals (2):

1) FOREST HILLS 1989 (partner Jim Courier). They lost to Rick Leach/Jim Pugh 4:6, 2:6 in the final.

2) ORLANDO 1991 (partner Nicolas Pereira). They lost to Luke Jensen/Scott Melville 7:6, 6:7, 3:6 in the final.

Pete won his very important doubles matches in Davis Cup, for example in 1992 with John McEnroe against Sweden and Switzerland or in 1995 with Todd Martin against Russia.

Career High ATP Entry Ranking - Doubles: 27 (2/12/1990).
