That doesn't happen in San Francisco, and that's not what the Russian law is targeting.

And Western Europe will severely limit immigration and move away from 'multi-culturalist' nonsense long before they're swamped by religious conservatives. Several Euro countries have already caught on to this trend and taken appropriate legislative action.
