Default Leg (upper and lower) workout tips?

Hi, everyone.

I'm wanting some ideas for off-court working out for my legs. I want to build up my upper legs and calves. My girlfriend also made the comment "maybe if you find some good workouts, you'll end up with a backside like Roddick's", so what are some tips to make me (and her ) happy?
