His game based on his big serve but i think he has some other things that are making him dangerous for good opponents. His movement is good for a tall guy like him and i guess he will improve a lot this year playing against good and higher ranked opponents. He defeated Torebko and Przysiezny, had a close match against Cervenak and now took out Herbert who won a tournament in France last week.
I guess he can beat Mecir tomorrow. Mecir is a pusher with a good serve but he was 03 today then his opponent collapsed completly to 63 62. I guess a guy like Hirschmueller will not lose his serve twice in a set against him.
I really hope he will get a chance to play at a German ATP Event this year, maybe Munich or Halle. Can easily win 1-2 matches there. Qualies of course.
