Yeah -- Fed has more points to defend in March and April than Djoko, I think. Seems that way.
Is Djoko skipping Madrid for sure? Crap tournament. I hope he does. It's particularly crap because the surface is so much different than RG. I remember when the women had Madrid right before RG instead of the ATP. The winner usually did not do well at RG.
Then also there is Nadal coming back into the mix. I don't expect much from tbh. It's very difficult to come back full strength after being out so long.
