IMO he can, but it's not going to be easy. Plus Nadal is not done yet, if he wins another 1-2 slams, then it would be almost impossible for the Djoker to surpass him.
Anyway, you never know what will happen in 1 or 2 years from now. If there are still no younger players who can challenge him, then he can win 2 slams per year for another 2-3 years, but he can decline as well, and not win more than 1 slam from now. He can also start to lose the close matches like the ones vs. Tsonga, or Wawrinka, and go slamless for more than a year. People forget that he was few points away from defeat in his last 3 slam wins.
