Default Re: WWW AO QF: Djokovic vs. Berdych

As well as Wawrinka plays if Djokovic and Berdych both play like they played today, Berdych has a great chance.

Today Djokovic's return was far off where it should have been, and Berdych's serve is bigger than Wawrinka's. Djokovic will no doubt attack the second serve of Berdych but in the past Berdych has always had success when he's found his first serve against Djokovic (arguably the only reason he gets games at times), and I reckon he'll have more success than usual if Djokovic returns like he did today.

Lets not forget Berdych returns almost anyone's serves better than Djokovic's. But today Djokovic's serve was far off where it usually is. Berdych can at least manage to create chances and not give Djokovic a load of cheap points like usual if Djokovic doesn't improve his serving.

Djokovic might be a little tired too. As long as he doesn't go 2 sets down and just keeps extending the match this could come into play. He matched Djokovic shot to shot in the 2nd set back here in 2011 when Djokovic was arguably playing his best tennis ever so I reckon there's a good chance in him doing much better this time around.
