an hour before the draw?? that's still very short notice for the players. they may need to change their game plan very quickly if the player is changed an hour before the match. just think if they didn't have that rule:
"here's the match of Johansson v. Ljubicic. and here they are on the court, wait, that's Söderling, not Johansson!"
that would be so confusing!
