Well, if I understood correctly, in cycling it was super-frequent and yet a huge group of people were doped up to their eyeballs, and got caught by pure accident almost. That doesn't sound like something effective to me.

Perhaps tennis players should be tested during the match? I mean they take bathroom breaks anyway
