2 questions for you.
Is it better for you if we send SF: 4 players, F: 2 players, Winner: 1 player (like last year) or should we just send the 2 SF losers, F loser and Winner?
Also, with 2 back ups, how are they determined for replacement? Do we pick one from each half of the draw; or pick 2 replacements in the order that we want to replace withdrawals (which could be in the same quarter or even in the same match as our other picks)?
