Oh, we had cross-country skiing aka langlauf in the school curriculum.
The biggest 'mountain' in Estonia is like 380 m so we have no alpine skiers really, some kids have tried it in Austria and so but haha, they could never be as good as thiose born in the mountains. I would never do apline skiing. I have done ski jumping from a tiny hill near where we lived when I was like 4 or smth.
