Ok Workout #2 is finished, I did 3 exercises in 4 rounds and completed it in 21:31:29(basically 21:31). Here are the 3 exercises:
1. Kneeling diagonal rainbow (10 reps on each side)
2. Ab chop mini (10 reps on each side)
3. Dive bomber bridge (beginner modification: 5 reps)
