Novak Djokovic has bought up Serbia's entire annual supply of donkey cheese. Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic has created a culinary storm by buying up his country's entire annual supply of donkey cheese.Djokovic, who is set to open a chain of restaurants in his homeland, has cornered the donkey cheese market by buying up every ounce of the super-expensive delicacy.Donkey cheese, which reportedly costs about $1000 per kilogram, is produced at only one farm in Serbia and is one of the world's most expensive foods.Desperate to ensure his new chain doesn't run out, the world No.1 snapped up the lot, including any future product.London's*Daily Telegraph*reports the cheese, known as pule, is made only from donkeys and it takes 25 litres of fresh donkey milk to make a single kilogram.
