Nothing wrong with that. Anyway, it's good to add your own little twist to things.
I do, but I'm what you'ld probably call a decent 'plain cook'. I do the basics fairly well, like with meats, soups etc, but I'd never win any awards for fancy stuff. Haven't baked in years though.
