Actually it was all about Blake trying to change the rules to suit him and since he was the vice president behind Ljubo as an elected player rep, that's not something that should be done.
Ferrero was unjustified there of course he was. You play within a team and the coach says someone is playing instead of you don't have a hissy fit. As for hindsight I said it was right then or do you need forensic.
