Well I think mental strength is just really impossible to measure, especially considering different play styles. Someone like Federer is going to go after his shots, and if he misses he chokes, while someone like Rafa will probably not miss on important shots and keep the ball in play so when a winner gets played against him, even though he loses the point just as well, it never gets looked at as a choke but rather huge mental strength by the other player. So it isn't really tough to say. Novak will go after shots more than Rafa, but both certainly will not miss when they are at their peak mental strengths.
