Well yes the actor playing Jaime Lannister is more classically handsome, but thus also a little bit more "boring." He looks less special than David.
I'm pretty close to Iram regarding my favourite features: the hair and the eyes, and yes I assume his bone structure (and jawline) are also important. I also like his nose but his lips not really (though I really like his smile).
