well Ivan is in Holland right now playing the AFAS tennis classics, so I see a connection there.

It is the way he is. He is a perfectionist, he does not forgive his own mistakes and tends to dwell on them. His victory at the USopen will just raise the bar higher, so no I don't think it will ever go away. I have the exact same thing on court and I have to say it is really tough to deal with. I am amazed at how well he does even when he is being so hard on himself. Then again I am a royal mug and Andy is an exceptionally gifted player. My idea is that it is not really an issue his talent won't make up for.
