No, Im actually pretty serious. Ito has a crap return, but that really didnt matter today. Maybe its just a good match, I dont know since its the first time I saw Weintraub play. And yes, he does have a very good serve, even the second serve was clicking. He does serve better than Ferrer, Kukushkin, Monaco, Kavcic, and even a relatively tall player like Tomic. That Automatically puts his serve in the top 20 imo.
