Also the refs setting a high level from the start just green-lights all kinds of dirty plays. To me it's very strange because international hockey usually sets a lower bar than in the league hockey. Still doesn't take anything away from the Czechs. They were smart all through the tournament. Avoided the always-called type of penalties and played solid defense.

Agree 100% on the refereeing issue.
