There is already a procedure for player subforums which will be opened again after Miami where people can nominate who should have subforums and the most popular ones will have a subforum created.

Not every player will have their own subforum - it depends on the level of support they can demonstrate, often having their own thread in a country subforum is sufficient for the amount of fans they have on the site.
