Probably a bit of both. Everyone would feel hassled if they have to stand for 3 hours after a match in which they lost, waiting for the bladder to cooporate
And nobody likes a 6 AM wake up call, and for challenger players, planning your schedule in advance for a year is more difficult than it is for Roger or Novak, lets say.
