she found him in a sealed garbage bag on a curb in hell's kitchen, she thought it was mice and she decided to open the bag to free them them and it turned out to be a teensy dog which i guess someone like, was trying to get rid of
she always has a bunch of little dogs she's in the process of rehabilitating or whatnot. but this one is tiny as hell.
