Today I've accidentally found scorelines of an invitational event for 4 players in Tokyo 1983 ($250,000).

Borg def. J.McEnroe 6-4 2-6 6-2
Connors def. Kriek 1-6 6-3 7-5
F:
Connors def. Borg 6-3 6-4
It supposed to be Borg's farewell tournament.
