I didn´t watch the match so thanks for the summary :)

Istomin will face Baghdatis in the semis, right?

Re: fed cannot beat the elite even on grass.

Well, last year he had no match rhythm going into the tournament (7 matches in 9 weeks) and yet he lost the final in 5 close sets.

Keep in mind that Federer beat Djokovic 6-3 7-5 on a fast surface...

Re: Queens R1: Dolgopolov def. Nadal 63 67(6) 64

Maybe he went for a higher percentage of 1st serves because he was afraid of rallying against La Monf and The Dog?

Is Nadal the new Querrey 2010?

Querrey saved himself a place in the history books by winning a 250 tournament on each surface. Nadal so far has titles on clay and even on grass, can he snatch a hardcourt title?

With Bogota,...

Re: Halle QR1: Falla def. Tipsarevic 6-2 6-4

I watched Tipsarevic in Munich where he played pretty well, maybe grass courts are too fast since he really needs rhythm. Also, Falla can always be dangerous on grass. He beat Pütz (qualified for...

Re: Queens QR1: Klein def. Darcis 6-4 3-6 7-6(7) (saved 7 MP)

Well, Klein is no journeyman like Nadal so this result is no surprise for any objective analyst.

Re: Nadal: 'Matches against Raonic, Fognini or Stan I lost, I should normally win'

So he admits that he normally should have lost against Berlocq in Buenos Aires, too? So his only title was also only won by luck.

Re: Is Federer in danger of getting out of the Top 4 by season's end?

It doesn´t really matter what you defend. I´d rather say it´s an advantage because you get better seedings.

After he screwed the AO and skipped Miami, he´s still #6 just a few points behind Berdych...

Hertogenbosch R2: Mahut defeats RBA 6-2 6-4

Didn´t watch the match and suprised to see there is no thread.

Re: As a Djokovic fan, this loss against Wawrinka hurts the most, EVER

Makes my argument even stronger.

Peak Haas was beaten by Olderer in RG 2009 while 10% Haas was able to school Peak Wawrinka on the red dirt.

I doubt that any later is even possible with Hewitt nowadays.

Re: As a Djokovic fan, this loss against Wawrinka hurts the most, EVER

What about peak Haas? He leads the H2H against Wawrinka on clay, so he´s obviously much better.
