Re: Wimbledon R1: Thiem def. Sela 2-6, 6-3, 6-4, 6-4

Yeah I saw that. It looked like a pretty close call though, hardly a glaring error.

Re: Nottingham SF: Istomin def. Baghdatis 1-2 ret

Looks like Baggy tweaked his left calf in the fourth game. MTO.

He tried to play on, but had to shake hands after one point

Queens R16: GGL def. Dolgopolov 6-3 7-6(4)

Dolgo was pretty flat, tbh.

Great Grass Lord marches on to the quarters.

Re: RG R2: P.Andujar def. [22] P.Kohlschreiber 6-1 7-6(5) 3-6 3-6 6-4

The easy putaway Kohli missed on BP was just cruel. Brutal.

Re: Eurovision Song Contest 2015 - Who wins?

Ireland's wasn't performed well on the night, probably because nerves. Dull staging too - she was static behind the piano.

Indeed. Though the fun entries are becoming rarer and rarer...

Re: Eurovision Song Contest 2015 - Who wins?

Shame as I loved maNga and Can Bonomo. Eurovision embraces LGBT though...seems like Turkey is going in the opposite direction.

Re: Eurovision Song Contest 2015 - Who wins?

I think Sweden or Italy will win...Italy could've done with a better draw. Sweden have cool effects but the actual song isn't that great.

Hoping that some of Latvia, Estonia, Georgia, Montenegro...

Re: Roland Garros 2015 - QR1 (Results thread)

More results.

Nishioka, Fucsovics and Hernych all won. As did Clezar and Fabbiano.

Re: Roland Garros 2015 - QR1 (Results thread)

McGee looking at another trip to the bakery in the third. Bizarro match.

Viola's seen off Basic, and Garin eventually lost in straights to MDLN.

Re: Roland Garros 2015 - QR1 (Results thread)

Yep, Garin is coming back hard.

Wardy has the early break in the third.

Re: Roland Garros 2015 - QR1 (Results thread)

Right-o.

Looks like Garin will be first to fall. McGee will have to do it the hard way...

Re: A word on FO website

Re: WWW Madrid sf {2} Andy Murray-{4}Kei Nishikori

Clayray's second serve will be under siege, so he'll have to give as good as he gets. Andy'll need to serve 60-65% to keep Kei at bay...not that likely at altitude.

I don't think either player is...

Re: WWW Miami SF: Murray vs Berdych

Muzza's serve and FH have looked a bit shaky, tbh. Will probably have to get in Berdy's head again to see this out...

Re: The Cricket World Cup 2015 Thread

None of the quarters were close, shame. Guptill's innings was quite something though.

Re: The Cricket World Cup 2015 Thread

Jimmy Anderson has never fared too well with the Kookaburra. More to the point, our bowlers are samey - no left armers in sight, nobody who regularly bowls express pace (north of 145kph) and we're...

Re: Valencia R1: (1) Ferrer def. Seppi 6-3 7-5

36 shot rally early in the second was the turning point.

Just a bad matchup for Seppi, his extremely predictable grinding style plays Ferrer into form and becomes a UE machine when he tries to...
