Re: Federer vs Delpo Final?

Murray is much more likely to make the final, but people seriously underrate Del Potro on grass, all his previous results prior to his four-tournament win binge should be taken with a grain of salt....

Re: Miami 4th Round: JM Del Potro dominates Pics Ferrer, 6-3 6-2

:bigclap::bigclap: :bigclap:
Not the most exiting player in the world, but he gets a bad rap for not being able to take a set off the top 4.
On that same note, Pics (even in 2007 form) is a bit...

Maybe Feli is sporting a fake, but i wouldn't be surprised if he paid 200+ for that shirt.

Re: The Picture Thread

I think that's pretty much a certainty, Villanueva is around 40 years his senior.

Re: Del Potro becomes the Argentine hero by destroying Andreev 6-4 6-2 6-1

Much ado about nothing, a (more or less) literal translation of JMDPs words would be: "Now we'll try and pull the Spaniards underwear out of their asses". Hardly an incendiary statement, specially...

Re: DC SF: Davydenko def. Nalbandian 3-6 6-3 7-6(2) 6-0. ARG 2-2 RUS

Win or loose, he will end up in tears. Great opportunity for the real Argentine number 1 to step up.

Re: USO QF: Murray vs Del Potro WWW?

Muzza will be too much for JM, but I sure hope this match remains competitive.

Re: People, WATCH OUT! Del Potro is coming... US Open Thread

Very important Slam for JM, first big tournament after his titles binge. Interesting draw, so he probably has to beat Canas/Bellucci/Simon for a run to the 4th round and a shot at revenge against...

Re: Del Potro demolished Fish 6-2 6-1!

The bandwagon is going to get crowded if he beats MightyDuck tomorrow, but he deserves it!

Re: Francisco Rodriguez(former 300s) comes out

There's a thing I don't understand about this. The guy lists Schopenhauer and Nietzsche as his favorite philosophers... and people are surprised when he express less than flattering views about...

Re: Golf - UsOpen Rocco vs Tiger on Monday

Cabrera has 7 career top-10 finishes at Majors, crappy putter but his approach deserves a tiny bit of respect.

Oh and guys like Tomic, Boluda the young D.Young have rather large followings here, mostly because their age and achievements, whether they live up to the hype or not is an...

Re: Juanma in RG

I expected a loss but to convert only 3 out of 15 BPs is inexcusable. His mental fortitude hasn't improved, could be a confidence issue. Serve stats look ok.

Bolelli won big against Baggy, he is a real test for JM but far from impossible.

Re: Juanma in RG

Good match for JM, his movement looked good, no signs of injury and his service really worked well, most of the time he was very aggressive (by his standards) whenever he got the first service in....

Re: no`Asian born Man` has ever won a MAJOR [tennis or golf]""will it happen?

K.J. Choi is your best bet, he is arguably one of the best active golfers not to win a major, he just needs a bit of luck.
As far as tennis goes, the talent pool looks thinner, I'm not expecting...
