Re: WWW Hurlingham RR: Nadal vs. Berdych (not Murray)

Rafa and Murray each are playing 2 matches. Not sure if there is a format with champion, runner up and so on, but just a chance to play some competitive matches in a semi-important atmosphere and for...

Re: WWW Hurlingham RR: Murray vs. Nadal

Rafa cannot just play with Moya forever

It is time to get some matches and see what's going on. Neither are so sure of themselves on grass yet so will be a good test for both

Re: Do you agree with Wimbledon betting odds? (Murray Fed favorites, Nadal #3 ahead N

Federer clearly the favorite, Murray is the 2nd favorite only due to he probably has a better chance than Nadal to make the 2nd week. Can't see Murray beating Fed though, while Nadal of course can do...

Re: Dan Evans fails doping control; tests positive for cocaine

Well I know that weed is banned in competition, but not out of competition. A player could smoke in an off week or something. The problem is the metabolites stay in the body. Even if you are 100%...

Re: Dan Evans fails doping control; tests positive for cocaine

I dunno, mate

Porsche, etc. got right back on the Sharapova train soon as it rolled back into the station, and for a much worse offense

I do agree that keeping a good image is important, my own...

Re: Federer: "I rather play Halle than the French Open"

What if it was:

Nadal: "I'd rather play Barcelona than Wimbledon"

Can you imagine how much Nadal would be bashedd in that thread, a million times worse than this. Guaranteed. Such double...

Re: Federer: "I rather play Halle than the French Open"

I just believe the slams are the pinnacle of the game and I thought it weak to say things like "grass is for cows" or "AO is the MM slam" and so on, disparaging one slam or another. I thought Federer...

Re: Federer: "I rather play Halle than the French Open"

Strange comments from Federer especially considering how well the French public have treated him over the years.

Definitely a shot at RG, and strange for me to hear. Seems he has officially gone...

Re: Why Cilic has a slam while Berdych not?

The answer is the same as it always is for these types of questions

Mentally stronger. More will to win. Believed in himself more. Why you think Lendl never wanted to work with Berdych? Too weak...

Re: EXCLUSIVE: Dan Evans failed drug test

Gasquet got 2.5 months with a "dog ate my homework" type of excuse

But as said before, Richie has been in good graces with tennis establishment while Dan is from the other side of the tracks.

Re: EXCLUSIVE: Dan Evans failed drug test

Am I the only who doesn't think it to be a big deal? He is an adult, he can do what he wishes. Cocaine is not good for you, the health detriments should be enough of a deterrent

Gasquet got away...

#1 ranking in play for 4 players going into Wimbledon

Not sure of the exact math, but Murray, Nadal, Djokovic, and even Wawrinka are mathematically in with a shot to get to #1

For Nadal I know he has to simply make 105 or more points than Murray at...

Re: Queens R1: Thompson def. Murray 7-6(4) 6-2

This result puts #1 in play for Wimbledon, all Rafa has to do is gain 105 more points than Andy but one match at a time

Re: My thought on why Nadal skipped Queen's Club...

Well now that there are grass courts in Mallorca he does not have to go to Queens and have all his earnings taxed to high heaven. Why do all of that when you can practice in your own backyard?

Re: Ivo Karlovic: I should've developed 2HBH, I wouldn't lose a match if I had two-ha

He can still do it if he wants to, he is only 38, so still a young man

Really though, he's done about as much as he can

Should have developed and still can, a harder backhand rip
