Re: Toronto QF: [1] Djokovic def. [5] Berdych, 7–6(6), 6–4

Both tried very hard to lose but in the end Berdych's will was stronger.

Re: Who has the best forehand in the men's game?

Well not presently, but in general the answer is obviously Nadal.

Re: What is your favourite tennis tournament you have attended and why?

WTF 2013 because I've only been to two and at the other one I had to watch Berdych vs Cilic.

Re: RG SF schedule : Murray-Wawrinka on Chatrier, Djokovic-Thiem on Lenglen

Poor scheduling to have them on simultaneously but Djokovic can't really complain about being on Lenglen. Murray is #2 and Wawrinka is the defending champion.

Re: Ernests Gulbis slams tennis hierarchy for treatment of low-ranked.

Spoiled little brat being brattish shocker. Not everyone can play on the centre court.

Re: Indian Wells Final: Djokovic def. Raonic 6-2 6-0

Very possibly the worst tennis match I've ever seen. Jesus fucking Christ, Milos. Djokovic just had to be there.

re: Indian Wells SF: (1) Novak Djokovic def. (4) Rafael Nadal 7-6 (5) 6-2

Gotta feel bad for Rafa as he was the better player in the first set, but I feel even if it went to 3 he still wouldn't have won. Promising signs though.

Re: IW R4: Nadal - Zverev 6-7 6-0 7-5

Lol @ calling this luck on the part of Nadal. Look at how many games and points Nadal had won vs Zverev when Zverev was serving for the match. Better player won.

Re: Nole's 2015 is the best year in tennis history

If he wins the WTF, then yes. Otherwise, no.

Also we have to distinguish between 'best' in terms of level of play from 'best' in terms of results. He's had better results this year than 2011, but...

This one isn't too impressive; it happens every single year.

Re: US Open SF: Djokovic def. Cilic 6-0 6-1 6-2

It was difficult to tell, he hardly got to play. He looked his normal self from the few points he got to be a part of.

Re: US Open SF: Djokovic def. Cilic 6-0 6-1 6-2

Superb play from Cilic but Nole was just too good.

Re: How many people here would actually like Djokovic to win the French Open?

He definitely deserves it, yes, he's obviously good enough.

On the other hand, he doesn't deserve 3 Wimbledons...

Re: Most overrated shot of the big four?

I don't think that's overrated, because everyone knows it sucks.

Nadal's volley is still underrated.

Federer's backhand is not great these days.
