Re: How many games will Monaco win in the final

he's right though, Monaco is a bit different. Berrer, Berdych, even Fognini really- all have weapons to some degree. I can't think of ANTHING Monaco can do to win this match

Re: Do you believe in deleting the post a user badrepped you on?

what? no, of course not. why would you delete something simply because someone didn't like it. unless you said something terribly rude or inappropriate or whatever

Re: WWW? Buenos Aires F (1) Nadal vs Monaco

don't embarrass yourself. I don't know if Nadal will have a good season, but that is just an extremely silly comment

Re: Is there a more NID matchup on tour than Nadal vs Monaco?

obviously Federer - Ferrer is probably the most slanted current H2H

Re: What percentage of players who at age 18 had...

at this point I am very uncertain with Coric. he lacks the weapons, as others have mentioned, to become a dominant player. but the question is if we will become a rather consistent top 50 player in...

Re: Buenos Aires SF: [1] Nadal def. Berlocq 7-6(7) 6-2

I agree with this, that it's sad that Berlocq mentally collapses. to be fair he has done this in the past against top 10 players, he's actually a pretty darn good dirt player

Nadal may not be in the...

Re: 2015 Live Commentary Thread vol. 6

yeah they are pretty unreal like not only are they loud but he obviously is grunting wayyyyy past the point of hitting the ball. Nadal has been kind of noisy in this match as well

Re: 2015 Live Commentary Thread vol. 6

maybe, although Nadal almost won no clay events prior to RG last year yet still won the event. I think sometimes its hard to tell with him, obviously he plays exceptionally well in Paris with...

Re: Who will win more titles this year, Federer or Ferrer?

I can see Ferrer winning this battle

he is fantastic at picking up small tournaments win when he is the top seed, which is a great thing because a lot of top players and seeds tend to flounder at...

Re: Dubai [F]: Federer def. Djokovic 6-3 7-5

I think the reality is that Novak is good now, now is his prime practically.

Federer is good now too, but this is far past his prime (and I mean FAR).

back in 2005-2009 Federer was...

Re: Acapulco SF: [2] Ferrer def. [Q] Harrison, 4-6 6-0 6-0

that is one weird fucking scoreline. rare to see a double bagel in a BO3, don't know the last time I saw that after someone lost the first set. a scoreline like this would suggest that something was...

Re: Post-AO Sched Is Odd

the scheduling is the way it is because in different parts of the world it's summer when it's summer. a lot of events specifically want to have their tournament take place during the right weather,...

Re: Andre Agassi: "AO 2015 was the best tennis I have ever seen him (Murray) play""

I don't think most people (at least around here) dismiss that concept at this point. obviously former legends of the game want to say exciting things to stay in the press and relevant, and they also...

Re: Andre Agassi: "AO 2015 was the best tennis I have ever seen him (Murray) play""

Agassi is crazy. the AO overall was very low quality this tournament in terms of level of play. some good drama moments but not much more.

Re: Do you enjoy tennis more or less than you did in the beginning?

overall about the same however less the current last few years just due to overall quality being worse. I think it naturally can fluxuate up and down based on conditions of quality obviously

Re: Buenos Aires QF: (1) Nadal def. Delbonis 6-1 6-1

it actually wasn't that bad of a put away for the side of the court Delbonis picked- obviously he should have went for the other side of the court but one might say that almost kind of flukey that...

Re: Buenos Aires QF: (1) Nadal def. Delbonis 6-1 6-1

this

it's not as if Nadal has not played any good tennis this season- he has- but usually in just spurts of like one set here or there. the biggest drastic change has been his overall fitness and...

Re: Dubai SF: [2] Federer def. [LL] Coric 6-2 6-1

he lacks any 'kill' shots. the reason he beat Murray is because Murray also lacks any real defining great shot

Re: Why is Dubai only a ATP 500 ...

this. buying out the top players with large prize purses shouldn't magically give a tournament the ability to make itself the most important in the world. if that were the case then the tournaments...

Re: Acapulco R2: [Q] Harrison d. [3] Dimitrov, 7-5 4-6 6-0

he just got 6-0ed in a final set and you say that? I didn't get to watch but its hard to believe he would play out the whole match if he were injured seriously or something. just saying the match...

Re: Sergiy Stakosvsky embarrassing pseudo intellectual Brad Gilbert on twitter

interesting.... Brad Gilbert is one of the main tennis analysts for the largest sports network in the USA (ESPN), yet you seem to think like he is no expert guru. he gets paid a lot for his opinions...

Re: Sergiy Stakosvsky embarrassing pseudo intellectual Brad Gilbert on twitter

oh come off it, it's obviously Stakhovsky was in pretty decent form. he needs to not be a baby and react so much on Twitter, it shows how little growing up he has done the last few years. and...

Wilander is really off with that comment

its obvious that Djokovic has become far greater in the last few years than anyone ever expected but if you're getting close to 28 years old with less than...

Re: Dubai QF: Coric def. [3] Murray 6-1 6-3

pretty crazy amount of UE's when you consider the scoreline too- it's not as if there were a lot of games for those errors to be spread throughout
