Re: How Nadal (or anyone) can beat Djokovic

Right now Nadal just needs better mental stamina. He plays so nervous when leading.

Re: WWW Roland Garros R4: [13] Monfils vs [2] Federer

We´ve seen it many times that Monfils is not the fittest out there. Also it doesn´t help wasting energy on impossible balls and stupid clowning.

But still I don´t think fitness is issue in this...

Re: WWW? Nice Final: Leo Mayer vs. Thiem

Thiem is better in handling pressure but Mayer is just better on clay and has better serve. Going to be 3 setter, I hope Mayer wins.

Re: Zagreb F: (3) Guillermo Garcia-Lopez vs (5) Andreas Seppi

If GGL is so aggressive and has big weight on his shots, why doesn´t he come to the net at all? It´s really hard to beat Seppi with the game that he has. IMO Seppi has better tennis IQ and better...

Re: Michael Stich: "Rafa Nadal and Roger Federer are too perfect"

All of these guys have interesting personalities if you care to look closer. But for people not interested in tennis (=mainstream) it has to be McEnroe type of entertainment for "tennis" to get more...

Re: Zagreb F: (3) Guillermo Garcia-Lopez vs (5) Andreas Seppi

They are similar type of baseline players except Seppi does everything bit better. That´s all you need. GGL has no plan B´s when Seppi is more solid.

Re: WWW? Davis Cup Final: France vs Switzerland

Less, Fed will play with painkillers don´t worry. That´s why he didn´t want to risk anything yesterday.

Re: Helsinki CH R1 [WC]Zopp def. [1]Nieminen 3-6 6-3 6-0

Kind of expected. I wonder what injury Jarkko has. Couple of weeks ago he was playing doubles with Kontinen and said one set down something like "It hurts to play/I´m not fit to play" ("Emmä pysty...

Re: Players that have maxed their talents

Anderson ok but for the rest of the guys, do you mean their groundstrokes cannot be improved or to have great natural movement and quickness is not a talent?

Re: Slipping and sliding Sunday

I'm on Fed too but only because it´s grass. Points will be very short so fitness won´t be issue like on every other surface in best of 5. Also now that he made it to the final his confidence should...

Re: Week 46: Helsinki, Finland [Entry List]

I think Kontinen will play with Nieminen here. I hope he will start doing that even more next season in ATP when his ranking is good enough. They play really well together.

Re: St.Petersburg QF J.Sousa schools Tursunov 6-4 6-3

Wow looks like Sousa is really pissed from last weekend losing that joke 5 set Davis cup match at Moldova. Watch him now sweep rest of the season. ;)

Re: St. Petersburg R2: J.Sousa bagels Stakhovsky 3-6 6-4 6-0

I´ll still go with the teaspoon theory. :D At normal day Stak would be the guy who occasionally comes to the net.
