Djokovic is not the first nor the last to take an MTO for blisters. As far as being outplayed here today, that's completely true to this point. Stan will have to stay tough to win it though.

Wawa maintained his level, Novak waiting for it to drop, which never happened.

It's the shoulder. The pain probably spreading right down the back. Monfils sees it too, forcing the BH, something he would never do otherwise.

No dude. If you ever played tennis, you would know that the pain increases as the match progresses with a strained shoulder muscle.

To me it looks like there is a nagging pain, enough to deflate his intensity and increase the error count on long points.
