Even if there is no intention to dope, you can still commit an offense (if you are negligent in this case) and that's why the CAS maintained the guilty verdict. Just a lawyer reaction to your remark...

Are players still tested for doping during their suspension period? Just asking and not accusing Canas btw. He proved in the past (AMS Canada 2002 for example) that he's able to beat very good...
