Re: I think Amelie should quit working with Murray

Exactly and the day when Lendl and him parted company was him basically kissing goodbye to future GS's.

Re: AO Final: Novak Djokovic def. Andy Murray 6-1, 7-5, 7-6(3). SIX-cess!

Clearly the best and was to good for Murray once again.

You've got to admire how Djokovic watched Federer and then Nadal dominate, but he found another level to his game in 2011 and started to...

re: AO SF: [2]Murray def. [13]Raonic 4:6, 7:5 6:7(4), 6:4, 6:2

Murray showed good fighting spirit once again, even if Raonic was playing like a wounded animal in the fifth.

Re: Will you watch the Nole vs Murray final?

Why wouldn't I. Prefer to have two grinders than big servers any day of the week!

Re: Federer's mental strength

He's not as strong mentally as Nadal or Djokovic and that's cost him at least another 6 GS. Still, 17 is not too shabby :worship:

Re: AO SF: [1]Djokovic def. [3]Federer 6-1, 6-2, 3-6, 6-3

One of the best posts I've seen on hear :) Federer was untouchable for a few years until Nadal came along and now Djokovic is the one who's in his head and struggles to beat. This happens in most...

Re: Milos Raonic will be the next world number #1 and will win a lot of slams

For someone who has over 12,000 posts on this forum, you do talk some serious sh*t!

Re: Mark my given words, Monfils is making the Finals of AO

Why would you make a such a sweeping statement only setting yourself up for a fall. Are you seeking attention?

Re: AO SF: [2] Andy Murray Vs [13] Milos Raonic

Quite difficult, but it comes down to 1st serves and unforced errors. If Murray keeps his above 60% and not many unforced errors then he'll win in 4, but if it drops in to the 50's coupled with lots...

Re: WWW Australian Open SF: Novak Djokovic [1] v Roger Federer [3] XLV

I think Federer will win this one in 4 if he doesn't choke.

Re: AO R2: Dudi Sela Def. Fernando Verdasco 4-6 6-3 6-3 7-6(4)

Verdasco is an enigma and why his ranking is what it is. He played well against Nadal (or did he) even although his unforced error count is horrendous and gets beat in 4 today? If you're a supporter...

Re: Australian Open R1: (2) Murray def. A. Zverev 6:1 6:2 6:3

If that young German fella is the future of tennis then, it's not in great shape. Murray didn't play that well and still looked comfortable throughout the match.

If he's to win this tournament...

Re: WWW ? AO R3: (3)Roger Federer Vs. (27)Grigor Dimitrov V

I thought Dimitrov would have progressed and become at top six player, but he hasn't done that. I can only see a victory for Federer in this one and probably in 4 sets.

Re: AO R1: Fernando Verdasco def. (5) Rafael Nadal 7-6(6) 4-6 3-6 7-6(4) 6-2

One of the biggest mysteries in the men's game - Fernando Verdasco. Why, with his power and accuracy has he NOT achieved more.

Great match and I thought Nadal played well, but I DON't honestly see...

Re: My list of Greatest Player in the Open Era

I think your top 5 list is quite accurate, but I'm not sure if I would have Nadal at number 2. I can see Djokovic going up any future list if he continues with his current form.

Re: Paris Final: (1)Novak Djokovic def. (2)Andy Murray 6-2 6-4

If you're only winning 35% of the points on your 2nd serve and also having 34 unforced errors in a best of 3 match then, you have NO chance against a guy like Djokovic.

Re: Basel Final: (1)Roger Federer def. (3) Rafael Nadal 6-3 5-7 6-3

32 unforced errors for a best of 3 match against Nadal is still concerning. Federer should have one in 2 against a guy who plays like a shadow of him former-self.

Re: Shanghai Masters 2015 Final: Djokovic (1) Def. Tsonga (16), 6-2, 6-4

I think only an injury could get in the way of him winning at least 3 of the 4 GS events in 2016. The only tricky one again will be the French for his full set.

Re: Shanghai Masters 2015 Final: Djokovic (1) Def. Tsonga (16), 6-2, 6-4

Can't really see anyone getting in his way for 2016.

Re: Shanghai SF: (1)Novak Djokovic def. (3)Andy Murray 6-1 6-3

You're never going to have a chance against Mr. Djoker with 30 unforced errors. That's over 7 games worth of basic mistakes in a best of 3 contest!
