Re: Geneva R2: Giraldo def. Youzhny 6-4 6-4

No chance Giraldo wins the tournament.

Re: Soderling: Rafa better loses at FO again, then everyone will stop asking me about

Soderling also defeated Nadal at the Masters Cup later in the year.

Re: The best player on each surface currently?

There's your problem. You're using a totally different criteria for grass and clay. You ask who is the best grass court player, not who is generally better. Aside from losing in the Quarter-final of...

Re: Who has the best serve out of elite hard hitters from last years ?

Is this a joke? Safin is number 1 when you look at every facet of the serve. Tsonga is the only one who is comparable when his first serve is firing, but it's nowhere near as reliable.

Re: Poll: Is generation change finally happening?

Says who? It seems like everyone on MTF hasn't got a clue about racket technology. No significant changes to "player's" rackets have been made in 20 years. There's a reason why pro's are using old...

Re: Poll: Is generation change finally happening?

That's just a very lazy way to look at it. For starters, these "young" players aren't even just losing to these 3, they're not making inroads anywhere.

Re: Rome R2 : Goffin def. Tsonga 6-2 4-6 7-5 (saves one of three MPs with the netcord

Tsonga's strokes looked powderpuff today.

When Tsonga was serving for it I was wondering how on earth Goffin had let this one slip...

Re: Rome R2: [4] Nadal def. 6-2 6-0 [Q] Ilhan

For someone with such self-admitted incredible intelligence, you sure don't see the hypocrisy in your posts.

Calling someone a "mug" is not only "tough guy-esque" but it's also immature....

Re: Rome R2: [4] Nadal def. 6-2 6-0 [Q] Ilhan

Ilhan is a disgrace of an ATP player. Absolutely no balls, either.

I wouldn't normally say it, but tennis wins here.

Re: Is Murray's best level better then Nadal's?

Federer was in his prime in 2008? What did he win aside from the US Open? He was absolutely nowhere near the form shown in the years prior. He was almost out of the US Open to Andreev, too.

Re: Why tall baseline big hitters have relatively bad serve ?

Safin had a way better serve than Berdych, Del Potro and Soderling.

Re: Who is classier? Del Potro or Federer?

I don't think charisma and Del Potro go together.

Federer has to be the classiest individual to ever step foot on a tennis court. He just oozes class like no other.

Re: Rome R1 Troicki def. Tomic 7-6(3), 6-7(4), 7-6(4)

Quarter-final. He could've had Djokovic that day.

Re: Who is the best returner in tennis history ? Agassi or Djokovic

That is absolute nonsense. Racket technology has not made any significant improvements in the last 20-23 years. Instead, why have stock rackets advertised purely on gimmicks.

Nobody in their right...

Re: Will Raonic dominate the tour in the near future ?

There is absolutely no chance of Raonic dominating the tour.

There are a lot of problems I see with this specific scenario. The biggest being his movement. There has not been a single number 1 in...

Re: WWW WBC/WBO Mayweather F. J. - Pacquiao M.

You can't really comment on what I've "tried" to do because you're not me. You clearly have some sort of bitterness towards me which has been demonstrated in countless posts over the years talking...

I'm the same as I always have been. I'm not biased, what do I have to be biased about?

I still say whatever I want. It's Sapeod who has made a conscious decision to actually sound completely...

Re: Lleyton Hewitt to skip French Open and focus on (last) Wimbledon and Davis Cup

LOL Ivanisevic had a tonne of injuries and was at the end. Don't even pretend you wouldn't have been whining about his wildcard in favour of some potential journeyman like Kyle Edmund.

Why should...
