Re: Apart RF, Ferrer and Robredo are the current 80-82gen soldiers. who would've thou

Apart RF, Ferrer and Robredo are the current 80-82gen soldiers. who would've thought?

In retrospect, it's pretty crazy to think about it and nostalgia takes over in my heart just remembering my favourite generation of players, the one I basically grew up watching. This has nothing to...

Re: Week 23, Caltanissetta (Entry List)

and I was giving my opinion too :p I know there's nothing confirmed but, like I said, specially Caruso makes a lot of sense as a WC choice.

Re: Week 23, Caltanissetta (Entry List)

Perfect, he's a good+talented player with very nice potential and been showing a very solid development and progress in his game despite his lack of consistency.

as for the remaining WCs, Caruso...

Re: RG R3 Gasquets routines Davydenko 6-4, 6-4, 6-3

The draw has been kind for Richard, no question about it, but he still had to justify his favoritism on the court and he's done it in fantastic fashion so far. will be rooting for him to reach the...

Re: Which Argentinian player do you most enjoy watching?

Nalbandian for sure but Delpo would come in as a strong 2nd if I had to make a list in order of game preference.

honourable mentions for Delbo, Pella and Mayer too: all different in styles but...

Re: Week 23, Caltanissetta (Entry List)

lol at Klizan playing here. waste of a WC that could've gone to a young up-and-coming player, too.

Re: Match you all were waiting for: RG R4 Robredo vs Almagro!

Almagro should win by the simple fact of being and doing everything on court way better. however, that always present 'fuck logic' factor in tennis could spice things up.

Vamos Nico !

Re: Which Spanish player do you most enjoy watching?

both Almagro and Verdasco but, as said, 'on fire' Fer is a beast of his own and well ahead any spaniard regarding shotmaking abilities.

Re: Roland Garros R3. Almagro def. Seppi, 7-6 (1), 6-0, 6-4

amazing how he managed to squeak by those first two matches, but definitely glad the amount of points coming off isn't as bad for his ranking! Against Almagro, the result was really almost NID.

Re: J. Tipsarevic outlasts F. Verdasco 3-2 (7-6,6-1,3-6,5-7,8-6)!

sad stuff.

in retrospect, I'm quite glad I didn't watch this mess.

Re: List of offensive minded players

seriously? Almagro is way more offensive than plenty of the guys on your list! Nico is definitely worthy of being there.

Re: List of offensive minded players

From the list, I guess Lopez is alright 'on serve' but he's a disgrace from the baseline were he can only hope to survive in most rallies (loopy FH, timid slice from the BH 90% of the time) and I...
