Re: The best looking current player?

Good list. I approve. Mine would be pretty close to this version of the top 20, although as another has commented, I wouldn't put Federer this high, and Isner & Nishikori would leapfrog Wawrinka &...

Re: The best looking current player?

Really, Mark? While this is obviously based on personal taste, any list that puts Andy Murray above Fabio Fognini in the looks department seems to come from another universe to me.
Fognini is...

Re: New!! Best Looking out of Current Top 50

For me, it's Fognini by a mile -- especially when he is clean-shaven as he is now. But he's not on the list.

After Fognini, I'd list Lopez, Pospisil, Andujar, and Giraldo -- and only Lopez made the...

Re: The best looking current player?

I completely agree. Especially from the side, he is very good-looking.

I was definitely enjoying that little 'bonus' during his match with Nadal.

Re: The best looking current player?

For me it's hard not to choose either Fabio Fognini or Feliciano Lopez. They are obvious choices.

Runners-up would be Verdasco, Andujar, Giraldo, Machado. I like the dark, swarthy type.

Re: Fabio Fognini - The Hope of Italy

Very interesting read, and a fascinating look inside the head of this complex, enigmatic player.

Thanks so much, Eden.

Re: ~*~*~* Rafael Nadal's Hall Of Fame *~*~*~

There is no doubt in my mind that our Rafa will get 1-2 more slams at the VERY LEAST.

Though 2011 was a disappointing year by his ridiculously lofty standards, Rafa still won Roland Garros, and...

Approach Shot, Your commitment to this thread and updating Roger's records is remarkable. "Thank you" doesn't seem sufficient...but I (and many others) do appreciate it!

Re: The gay male player speculatron

Clement is quite beautiful...but it's been hard to appreciate his beauty on court over the years because of the way he has hidden behind his sunglasses.

Re: ~*~*~* Rafael Nadal's Hall Of Fame *~*~*~

I couldn't be prouder of the grace, class, humility, and generosity of spirit that our Rafa showed today following today's Wimbledon final. He has demonstrated this sincerity and natural grace again...

Re: Yen-Hsun Lu

Rendy played an amazing match today in taking out Troicki.

Rendy has had such mixed results lately, that it is nice to see him playing so solidly and putting together another nice Wimbledon run....

Re: ~*~*~* Rafael Nadal's Hall Of Fame *~*~*~

Yeah...I probably have a little mini-crush on 'born on clay'...:) hehe
But mostly I was just looking for a way to express my exuberance and enthusiasm. And my sincere gratitude to him for his...

Re: Fabio Fognini - The Hope of Italy

You are right, Champion. The media didn't help either...many in the US media persisted in repeating their false claim that it was merely a cramping issue.

All the best to Fabio...and quick healing.

Re: Fabio Fognini - The Hope of Italy

Another great win by Fognini over Garcia-Lopez. He is really on a roll. His shot-making has been superb, and I've never seen him play this consistently well.

He's advanced to the 4th round...

Re: ~~~The Pablo Andujar thread~~~

Pablo played really well today (in difficult conditions) and really challenged Rafa. He made some amazing shots...but had difficulties winning the big points when it counted.

This guy also has to be...

Re: Fabio Fognini - The Hope of Italy

Fabio played brilliantly today. There was a stretch...particularly in the second set, I thought...that he was on fire. He played with great variety, and all of the elements of his game blended...

Re: Fabio Fognini - The Hope of Italy

After his surprisingly easy win over Istomin, Fabio's draw has miraculously opened up with Berdych's quick exit. And with Cilic out in this quarter as well, this tournament really presents a rare...

Re: WWW RG R1: Verdasco - Monaco?

I think this is the toughest draw in the 1R. But I like Monaco to get through here on clay.

Verdasco has occasional good runs in slams...but also bombs out early sometimes (like Wimbledon, last...
