Re: Lleyton Hewitt 2007 Cheering Thread - Next event: Australian Open Jan 15-28 2007

Well, Lleyton's certainly making up for his lack of match play at 3 1/2 hours court time just in the first round. It's a good thing he'll be playing at night and not during 104 degree heat like...

Re: Lleyton Hewitt 2007 Cheering Thread - Next event: Australian Open Jan 15-28 2007

Gonzo's good, but I think Lleyton's gonna bring it. Looking forward to an electric Blake-Hewitt showdown.

Here's Wertheim's take on Gonzo and I agree with it:

Re: US Open QF : Roddick destroys Hewitt 6-3 7-5 6-4

Andy better calm down in order not to have a letdown.
He had that look on his face at the end of the match, that expression of disbelief in victory circa 2003 US Open final. He almost broke into...

Re: USopen 2006

Isn't the rule that both feet must be behind the service line when serving? For Lleyton I think that depends on what your definition of "over" is and what your definition of "is"...is. :)

Re: Djokovic def Young 4-6 6-3 6-0 6-1

Re: Fed and Nadal to play expo outside Golfsmith in NYC on 8/24

Rafa's girlfriend was there. The car he came out of was not a Benz. It was a Lincoln town car and Xisca emerged from the car a minute after Rafa. She was the girl in the brown T-shirt.
