Re: Why does Berdych own Monfils so bad?

tactics...Monfils plays too passive against Berdych. That's not the right tactic, you need to take Berdych out of his comfort zone or you're in for a loooonngg day.

Re: What is the biggest reason for Nadal's success at RG?

I think he was really lucky in '13..Djoko should've won that match..and there aren't really any much claycourters anymore. I think Rafa vs Coria/Gaudio like types...and he doesn't win 9 RG.

Re: How Federer could have defeated Nadal and have had a positive h2h

The REAL reason is that Federer doesn't have a BIG enough serve. Nadal gets too many balls back and once the rally starts Nadal just pounces the backhand.
I think with a bigger serve Roger would've...

Re: Nadal not concerened by Djokovic's flying start on clay

I think Djoko should take two weeks off before RG..he needs to be fresh. If keeps playing ( and winning) everything..then a burnout is around the corner.

Re: BRAIN GAME: Djokovic is Nadal's Kryptonite

 Djoko is a tough match-up for Nadal..but until Djoko can start turning the h2h around on the biggest stages, then all those wins at Master series don't mean much.

Re: BRAIN GAME: Djokovic is Nadal's Kryptonite

Needs to start beating Rafa more at the biggest stage. So far he hasn't been able to do that, so he can't be much of a kryptonite.

Re: Djokovic vs Nadal H2H since 2012 in BO3 and BO5 matches

Novak apart from '11 has been really pretty bad in big matches..heck he even managed to lost TWICE to Andy Murray in big finals. So it's not surprising that his record is that poor against Nadal..and...

Re: Monte-Carlo SF: Djokovic def. Nadal 6-3, 6-3

Good win by Djoko....only question remains: can he do it at RG?

Re: Monte Carlo QF: [14] Monfils def. [9] Dimitrov, 6-1 6-3

Wow..Dimitrov seems to be more overhyped than his girlfriend.

Re: Miami R3: [26] Verdasco def. [2] Nadal 6-4 2-6 6-3

Hmmmm...I think Rafa's done on HC's. There's always clay though. The day he doesn't win RG, thenn....:scared: He's getting up there in age. 28 years? Not many have won at ages past 28.

Re: Roger speaks about Davis Cup (refers to the statement he made in Dubai)

He won it already, is 33 years old with 4 logical decision.

Re: Xavier Malisse: Federer is fun to watch; Djokovic always plays the same way

I think the proper word for Djoko's game is: safe. He doesn't really try to do anything flashy or whatever, just consistency. That can be boring for some.

Re: For those who say Rafa is not as Consistent as Fed or NOle..

Nadal obviously the bulk of his success is on clay. He's unmatched on the surface and not every player peaks the same. Nadal was pretty much clayGoat the moment he started his career. Whereas Djoko...

Re: Dubai [F]: Federer def. Djokovic 6-3 7-5

Not surprising. Djokovic ALWAYS has struggled against Federer, even in his super-Djoko period of '11-'12. Djoko hasn't been really the best player since the Oz open win against Nadal. His play in...

Re: AO 2015 QF: (7) T. Berdych def. (3) R. Nadal 6-2 6-0 7-6(5)

Hmmmm....interesting. I think Nadal's entered the stage of his career where it's RG only. At RG he's still the king, but don't see him win any of the other majors.

Re: AusOpen RND 4: Andy Murray Def Girgor Dimitrov 6-4, 6-7, 6-3, 7-5

 Can't have it both ways. If you didn't have a problem with the double bounce, then you can't be mad that the service winner got replayed.

Re: AO R3: Anderson def. Gasquet 6-4, 7-6, 7-6

Re: AO R3 : Seppi def. Federer 6-4 7-6(5) 4-6 7-6(5)

Shocking result... Seppi was just clutch, specially in that 4th set TB. Wow...It's getting more and more unlikely for Roger to get to #18.

Re: Anyone else feel bad for Monflis?

Not sorry in that sense...but more: if you're stuck with Gasquet as teammate, you're pretty much doomed. The guy just doesn't have ANy ounce of competitiveness in him.
