Re: Which young gun will enter TOP20 first?

Comparing quality of results, Čorić's ranking includes more strong tournaments than any other competitor (not counting Nick, of course).
You can't build top 20 position based on ATP 250...

Talking Re: Qualifying Entry List (updated October 28, 2015)

Dodig paid too much attention to his doubles career this year, so he fell that deep on the singles list...
He improved a lot his singles game last weeks, I believe he'll...

Re: Stuttgart Entry List (updated April 29, 2015)

Re: Week 18: Busan, Korea [Entry List]

So many candidates for SE at Seoul next week...
Nielsen will probably make MD anyway, but what happens if there are more than two players aspiring for SE spots?

Re: Monte-Carlo Entry List (updated March 19, 2015)

Very fast progress for Coric. Last year's april he played some Chinese futures, just a year later he gets in directly in Monte Carlo MD...
I wouldn't be surprised if he ...

Re: Istanbul Entry List (updated March 18, 2015)

It's pretty unbelievable Roger comes to such a tournament, and that is great success of organizers. This category rarely attracts lot of top players, and this field looks very ...

Re: Qualifying Entry List (updated March 6, 2015)

Considering the case of young Ćorić, I couldn't resist to mention similar case, some 8 years ago. Guillermo Caňas, coming back after suspension, came to Miami ranked 55, had to...

Re: Dubai Entry List (updated January 15, 2015)

No use for Sousa to focus on weaker events. He scored most of his points at such events already, so if he wants to make any progress, it's necessary to do something on ...

Re: Week 46: Yokohama, Japan [Entry List]

Last year he received WC there, I think it was his first challenger appearance. Maybe he is grateful guy, or he just likes Japan so much. :)

Re: Week 44: Geneva, Switzerland [Entry List]

I wonder if Coric withdraws after he completed his season's goals in Basel.
He made top 100 already, and if he makes finals he's top 80...
Time to stop and think what to do ...

Re: Valencia Entry List (updated October 16, 2014)

Considering he is playing Moscow now, it would be too much for him to play seriously three weeks in a row. And he could add no points unless he makes semis...

Re: Valencia Entry List (updated September 25, 2014)

He is wisely choosing easier way to massive points, which he needs to qualify for London. Valencia looks like better choice at this moment...

Re: Beijing Entry List (updated September 23, 2014)

Due to his suspension last year, he didn't play Beijing, Shanghai and Basel, so he received 0 points because he was "commitment Player". He will earn some points here, but that ...

Re: Beijing Entry List (updated September 23, 2014)

Čilić maybe still tired of his USO title celebration, but he plays here anyway...
I guess he can't get any points here, because of his last year suspension. This tournament ...

Re: Qualifying Entry List (updated July 30, 2014)

Yes, he is really there. I guess I overlooked him because he rose to top 200 just recently, so I have searched for him somewhere around position 230.

Almost all of listed players still in QD at RG. There will be massive list of withdrawals I'm afraid.

Re: Week 18: An-Ning, PR China [Entry List]

Mektić is an experienced futures clay-court player, and this looks very much like a futures semifinals, somewhere in southern Europe. I think Mektić should be the favourite, but you...

Re: Week 14: Saint-Brieuc, France [Entry List]

Re: Week 14: Le Gosier, Guadeloupe [Entry List]

Too many withdrawals... top seeds OK, but with qualifiers there will be more than a half players out of top 200. Weak field for decent prizemoney.

Re: Houston Entry List (updated February 26, 2014)

No fresh blood here, especially on top ... but there is generaly lack of young players on the clay courts last years. Looks like Spaniards don't like clay any more.

Re: Acapulco Entry List/Fact Sheet (updated February 11, 2014)

Usually SE applies on tournaments of same rank, but if there is an SE here it should apply to all three tournaments of previous week.

Re: Week 47: Toyota, Japan [Entry List]

Coric - Herbert match in Yokohama will be continued tommorow (tournament site), so Coric makes MD here as SE ( if not directly by two more withdrawals of other players)
