Three fivs-set Grand Slams finals in a single season

Pardon me if this had already been posted, I'm not a regular around here nowdays. I reckon that this season is the first and (obviously) only season in the Open Era in which three Grand Slam finals...

I write for an Israeli Tennis magazine and promised the editor a story about a nice Masters tournament from the past. However, I'm short on ideas. Perhaps one of you guys can toss in an idea - do you...

Davydenko wearing a "Revoloution" hat.

Re: Concerning Kitzbuehel and Brad Gilbert.

Oh, right, I do remember something about Golovin and mister "does not deserve to share a court with John McEnroe", thank you for that.

Concerning Kitzbuehel and Brad Gilbert.

Concerning Kitzbuehel - I was at the tournament throughout the week, it was fantastic and I enjoyed it plenty. Match reports are here for days 1...

Re: Will Federer surpass Agassi by the end of 2006?

And Sampras has done both.

Thus, he gets my nod for greatest of all times.

While I support Fed, I recognize that unless he manages to get some more big results for at least 4-5 more years he will...

Re: An honest question about Roddick.

You do not fire 230 kph serves using only your arm.

It's just... It honestly looked like an excuse. If he could play through the pain and dealt with it fine - then the injury is not to blame. If he...

An honest question about Roddick.

This is NOT A BASHING THREAD! Nothing in my question comes to offend Roddick or to praise Ivan or has relevance to the outcome of this match.

The question:

What kind of a back injury can harm your...

Re: Tennis Historians: Bill Tilden related question.

Considering what I've heard of him, it appeares that he had quite a modern game. I actually imagine him playing alot like Federer apart from Fed's mid-court brilliance.

Re: (6)Ljubicic beats Blake without a sweat 6-3 6-4 in 1hour 5min

Rogiman, I am usually not involved in MTF politics (or ever post nowdays, for that matter), yet I will politely ask you to stop the Nazi jokes. Not funny. I don't know if you're from Israel or not,...

Re: Federer, nadal, safin, agassi and moya out of TMS Paris

So we will indeed have a 3rd TMS winner this season.

That's too bad. A record like this one could have lasted forever.

Re: Toni Nadal complains about Shanghai's surface

There are five majors per season - one is really slow, one other is slow, but not to the extreme, one it avarage, and just one is fast. What's wrong about having the fifth one fast as well?

Re: Do You Think the Tennis Masters Cup Should Rotate The Surface & Venue

No, it should be the Indoor Major, and rotating its surface would be like turning Wimbledon into a clay court event every three years. Indoor tennis is da bomb! I love it, and there should be a big...
