Re: Is Murray overhyped on grass?

A bit maybe. I feel he's at least as good on AO surface but that's where Novak is best too.

Re: So when does everyone expect Djokovic to actually decline? LOL

I feel Novak has 2-3 prime years left in which he can play near his current level, although i don't think he'll win 2-3 slam/year in these 3 years. He could still be very good after 4-5 years but not...

Re: No male player in the open era won multiple slams at 28

True enough Roy. But in this case it's a bit hard to see who else is going to rake in all the slams. Not Fed and Nadal, they're older. Andy is as old as Novak. And just as on the women's tour where...

Re: MTF 2015 Most Disliked Active Players (4th update - Nadal still leads, Fedole top

1. Kyrgios
2. Stakhovsky
3. Gulbis

Don't hate Nadal anymore, has become irrelevant and as a person i like him more than before.

Re: Mcenroe: "I'd put Djokovic up there in the top five all time. I'd put him with Bo

Indeed. Just USO for Novak and we have 2011 again :yeah: Well he may even be better now then he was then. In form Fed/Murray on grass/hardcourt >>> Nadal has ever been on these surfaces.

Re: Mcenroe: "I'd put Djokovic up there in the top five all time. I'd put him with Bo

GOAT discussions are kinda useless but if it has to be done i tend to go with numbers. So Novak needs to get 2-3 more to really get into this discussion. NP he'll get them. It's a shame Nadal has so...

Re: Wimbledon Final: Djokovic def. Federer 7-6(1) 6-7(10) 6-4 6-3

What a year for Novak Big congrats :cheerleader: Feel a bit bad for Fed, he played a tremendous tournament and as a Djoker fan i'm a bit relieved he didn't have the form he had against Andy.

Re: People making excuses for Djokovic

Agree. And he didn't choke. He wasn't peak either, Stan was. That's what made the difference.

Re: Will Djokovic ever win the French Open?

Probably.Today wasn't the worst loss in his career. He didn't choke but happened against someone who was on fire today. There will come 2, maybe 3 chances and he'll take 1-2.

Re: Did Tsonga blow his biggest chance to win a Grand Slam ?

This. Stan is not only a good attacker, he can play these rallies with Nole winning a fair share of them.

Re: Did Tsonga blow his biggest chance to win a Grand Slam ?

Stan didn't play that well in the semi but Jo was downright awful, he didn't have no chance in the semi so speculating about the final is kind of useless. Nole would have won easily against Tsonga as...

Re: Djokovic losing today is bad news for Nadal

Nadal has zero chances whatsoever next year. Many contenders better than him.

Re: RG Final: [8] Stan Wawrinka def. [1] Novak Djokovic 4-6 6-4 6-3 6-4

True, there was no lack of toughness today. Stan was better. Even if Nole had made that break 4-5 down it's doubtful if it would have changed anything.

Re: RG Final: [8] Stan Wawrinka def. [1] Novak Djokovicr 4-6 6-4 6-3 6-4

True but Stan makes other players play worse, it's just hard to keep control in rallies where your opponent hits that hard. Novak might have won if he had peaked himself today but he didn't.

Re: RG Final: [8] Stan Wawrinka def. [1] Novak Djokovic 4-6 6-4 6-3 6-4

Yeah, today unlike some other days he was just beaten by a better player. From his reaction after the match you could clearly see that he knows this himself.

Re: RG Final: [8] Stan Wawrinka def. [1] Novak Djokovicr 4-6 6-4 6-3 6-4

No it wasn't. Sure Nole didn't play his best but Stan was just way better today, congrats to him and well deserved.

Re: Is Murray now favorite against Nole at Wimbledon and USOpen?

He was very close today. Novak looked really out of it at the end of 4th but then Andy collapsed. The difference between those players is much smaller than H2H lately suggests.

Re: Roland Garros SF: Novak Djokovic def. Andy Murray 6-3 6-3 5-7 5-7 6-1

Go Novak :cheerleader: Andy  Would not be surprised if these two divide all the slams between them this year.

Re: WWW? Roland Garros SF: [1] N. Djokovic vs [3] A. Murray

Novak in 5. Expect a huge battle quite different from the easy ride Novak had today.

Re: Commonwealth of Australia F: Djokovic def. Andrew Barron Murray 7-6(5) 6-7(4) 6-3

Nole :worship: Bit of an uneven tournament but he's breaking the curse of the lost slam finals. Andy, expected him to win this actually but sort of checked out after 2 tight well fought sets. Still...
