Re: Goffin adds Thomas Johansson to his team

Johansson definity punched

Re: Zverev calls Manuel Messina a "f**king moron"

A couple of people in this thread should never be a linejudge.

Re: Can top players play qualifying rounds?

Re: The doubles champion interview is a disgrace

Will Murray win the first set?

All I know is if Murray wants to have a shot at winning the title, he needs to win the first set. It won't guarantee him the win, but if he oesn't he's toast.

What does he need to do to edge out...

Re: Murray shows up in the stadium for his brother's winner's speech at 1 AM

But is your event at 7.30 pm though? It's tricky when you wake up too early and your body shuts down earlier than you like to.

Re: Marcus Willis, working as a coach and not sure about coming back to the tour

Gosh he looks so fat. I'm surprised he doesn't just jump on court and force retire his opponents through seismic shocks.

Re: 2016 Live Commentary Thread vol. 2

Kuznetsov is the anti-Monfils: all business, always engaged, sound shot selection most of the time, though lacking a bit of flair.

Technically I can do it for every ranking list available from the ATP website, but I'll need to code it up (I definitely take more than 2 to 3 mins for this :P).

Re: Players who are younger than every one ranked ahead of them (i.e. future no. 1s)

Unfortunately the ATP rankings database makes it a bit annoying to compile this list since they don't list the ages of retired players straight off, but it shouldn't be too hard to do this. I am...

Robert's 2nd serve was not even WTA level. A double break up is less insurance than a double hold for him.

Players who are younger than every one ranked ahead of them (i.e. future no. 1s)

Inspired by the tennisforum thread, let's start compiling

As of 18 Jan 2016 (in top 500)

1) Novak Djokovic 28.6 years (May 22 1987)
7) Kei Nishikori 26 years (Dec 29 1989)
