Re: Is Wimbledon 2013 one of the best slams in years?

It's definitely entertaining, esspecially because of some of the higher seeded players going out early which opens up the draw nicely for some interesting QF and 4th round matches. I still expect...

Rosmalen R1: Berrer def. Almagro [1] 3-6, 7-6, 6-4

1st seeded Almagro losing to Berrer, what a joke.

Re: Why isn't Queens a Masters Tournament?

Maybe it's not looked at because it isn't a Masters tournament. I'm pretty sure it would attract more players to play if you'd get a decent amount of points for winning.

Re: Munich QF: Funky Flo D. Dimitrov 7-6, 3-6, 6-4

The fact that he should have won this match doesn't make him the better player in this match. Tennis is about winning the key points that really matter, Mayer did, Dimitrov didn't, that's why he...

Re: Voo's 20 best matches of the decade (2000-2009)

Pete Sampras - Roger Federer ~ Wimbledon 2001 4th Round is one of the best matches I've ever seen, not only because there was alot of attacking tennis which we don't see alot anymore these days, it...

Re: Was Federer ever good on clay?

Of course he is good on clay, he reached a couple of finals. If it wasn't for Nadal he would have won more RGs but the guy is just too good on clay for Federer to win more titles. Nadal had to lose...

Re: MC R3: A. Murray beats G. Simon 6-3 6-3

Care to use any kind of argumentation? If you're reffering to the dropshotting then don't care because he had every right to do so.

Re: MC R3: A. Murray beats G. Simon 6-3 6-3

Good win for Murray, terrible crowd. I wonder if they will also boo against a player hitting the ball to the opponents backhand all the time because that's his weaker shot.

Re: How good is Federer on clay?

I'd say he's very good on clay. It's too bad for Federer that Nadal is around because his playstyle and clay are like hand and glove.

Re: If they meet on clay, Federer will beat Djokovic

Predictions like this are so pointless and to make a thread about it is even more pointless. To me it seems that you just made this so you can say 'I told you so' to the haters when it eventually...

Re: grigor dimitrov talent

Like someone else said in this thread, when someone has a single handed backhand people tend to rate him higher talentwise. Everybody can see the similarities between him and Federer but who says...

Re: Only way to beat Djokovic on HC

Djokovic puts alot of pressure on Nadal so he doesn't really have any chance of giving the ball a certain direction. Hopefully we'll get to see some tight matches on clay as Nadal will get some more...

Re: Liam Broady: Great Britian's next hope?

If people and media start giving him the label of the next GB Slam winner then he'll probably end up like Murray, slamless. He should be left alone and we'll see what happens.

Re: Rotterdam F: Soderling def Tsonga (6-3, 3-6, 6-3)

Krajicek said he's going to slow down the court next year, probably by using different balls, adding something to the paint and painting horizontal instead of vertical. Because he wanted a tournament...

Murray's Masterplan

He lost today so he doesn't have to defend 250 points next year after winning the AO F. Genius, or not?

Re: Nadal and Federer era is over, says Tsonga

I don't think he's playing better than 3 years ago, he'll never play as good as he played against Nadal in Australia, which is too bad because that day I became a little fan.
